Mr. Filippo Lauro has served as an executive officer of the Company with the title of Vice President since May 2015. He also served as Vice President of Eneti Inc. from 2016 to 2022. Mr. Filippo Lauro joined Scorpio in 2010 and has continued to serve there in a senior management position. Prior to joining Scorpio, he was the founder of and held senior executive roles in several private companies, primarily active in real estate, golf courses and resorts development. Mr. Filippo Lauro is the brother of our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Emanuele Lauro.
