ABOUT US

We own and/or operate a fleet of modern product tankers.

Our ships are "downstream" in the petroleum supply chain, distributing products like gasoline, heating oil, and fuel oil from refineries to end users. We believe that the fundamentals for product tankers are poised to improve; our Company has been formed at the bottom of the industry cycle with simple aims: buy right, operate right, and create value for shareholders. 

Since our initial public offering on March 31, 2010, the Company has purchased 9 modern product tankers, consisting of Handymax, MR1, LR1 and LR2 vessels and has contracted for eight newbuilding MRs, which are expected to be delivered to the Company between July 2012 and May 2013. The Company has also entered in Time Charter agreements for eleven (modern) product tankers.
